At Anzu Space, every product is made-to-order and carefully customized just for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or any customization errors provided at the time of order.

We kindly ask that you review all details (including spelling, colors, and design choices) carefully before placing your order.

🔄 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged due to delivery, we’re here to help.

To assist with a claim, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of all damaged items
  • Include photos of the packaging
  • Ensure the shipping label is clearly visible in the photos

These images are required for us to file a claim with the delivery service provider.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be arranged. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement item to be produced and dispatched.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
