Terms of Service – Returns, Exchanges & Damages
By placing an order with Anzu Space, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding returns, exchanges, and damaged items.
All products are made-to-order and customized according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase. As such, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect selections, or errors in the information submitted by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including spelling, design choices, and selected options, are accurate prior to checkout.
In the event that an item is received damaged due to delivery, the customer must notify us promptly and provide sufficient evidence to support a claim. This includes clear photographs of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The original packaging
- The shipping label, clearly visible
These materials are required for us to lodge a claim with the delivery service provider.
Upon verification and approval of the claim, a replacement item will be produced and dispatched. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement to be processed and shipped.
Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the claim being declined.
